Please find the details below: Position Details: Title: TIBCO Consultant Location: Hybrid Raleigh, NC Duration: Long-term contract Experience: 8 to 12 years Must-Have Skills: Spring Boot TIBCO Job Summary/Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions using Spring Boot and TIBCO technologies Oversee the development and deployment of scalable applications to meet business requirements Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all development activities Participate in the planning and execution of project timelines and deliverables Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress Implement robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability and stability of applications Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in knowledge-sharing sessions Qualifications: Extensive experience in Spring Boot and TIBCO Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within specified timelines Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of code quality Experience in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes Proficient in developing and maintaining technical documentation Experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues Certified Spring Professional, TIBCO Certified Professional preferred If you are interested, please reply with your updated resume.
