ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. ServiceNow Certified System Developer (CSD) required. Enforce platform engineering and development standards Good understanding on Shopping Hub and Source to pay common architecture modules. Manage out-of-the-box functionality and perform necessary enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance. Notifications, Scheduled Jobs. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
