Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Marketing Cloud configurations and processes. Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to SAP Marketing Cloud. Stay updated with the latest SAP Marketing Cloud features and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes through innovative solutions. Support the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the marketing team. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud Analytics to drive data-driven decisions. Have extensive experience with SAP Marketing Cloud API & Extension to customize solutions. Demonstrate proficiency in managing SAP Marketing Interactions to enhance user experiences. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Have strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
