Position: Senior Product Manager Location: Orlando, FL-Hybrid Duration: Long Term contract Visa:USC/EAD/GC Interview:VIDEO Job Description: Experience of the right candidate: 7+ years of experience in product strategy, ideally within digital customer experiences. Proven track record of developing interactive product experiences. Strong data-driven decision-making skills, able to analyze and use data to build business cases. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and engage cross-functional teams. Ability to lead others and solve complex problems through innovative, strategic thinking. Experience with Agile development, including working with MVPs and iterative product development. Responsibilities of the right candidate: Lead product strategy for the interactive gaming/entertainment products, working with a small team (Platform Engineer, Unity Developer, Designer) and cross-functional partners (Engineering, Mobile Navigator App Team). Reimagine and refine an existing interactive experience originally developed by a vendor, improving guest engagement and overall product quality. Drive product roadmaps and strategic vision, focusing on enhancing guest experience and adding value while keeping experiences simple and fun. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, business, and user experience teams to deliver impactful digital experiences. Apply Agile methodologies, focusing on iterative development, MVP principles, and continuous stakeholder engagement.
