Job Description - System Administrator 6 months CTH Atlanta, GA Hybrid Top 5 Must Haves: Advanced proficiency in Power Platform, WordPress, and server/systems administration (Windows and Linux). MUST HAVES Job Description: Application Management: Oversee enterprise applications, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions. Perform regular maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and monitoring application environments. Operational Support: Diagnose and resolve complex break-fix issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining application health. Act as a lead responder for Priority 1 incidents, driving resolution and communication with stakeholders. Leverage tools like New Relic to monitor application performance and generate actionable insights. Project Leadership: Own, drive, and provide status updates for strategic projects across the portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transitions from project delivery to operations. Development & Innovation: Assist teams in designing and delivering innovative application features and solutions. Contribute to automating operational tasks Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with peers, leaders, and stakeholders. Target Years of Exp: 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications engineering or a related role. Proven experience handling Priority 1 incidents and operational break-fix issues. Strong understanding of monitoring tools like New Relic. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
