Supplier Audits & Continuous Improvement Assist in supplier technical audits, performance evaluation, and capability assessments. Process Documentation & Best Practices (BKM) Proliferate key learnings and drive supplier efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications: 4-5+ years of experience in Supplier Development / Supplier Quality Mechanical Engineering Degree (or equivalent) Expertise in Mechanical Parts, Assemblies & Manufacturing Processes Hands-on with Problem Solving (CAPA, 8D, RCA, FMEA, etc.) Experience with vacuum components (Preferred, but not mandatory) Strong communication & proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint This is a high-visibility, long-term opportunity with a leading company.
