This role is crucial for maintaining seamless data flow and process automation across our customer support and e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancing our existing Workato recipes, ensuring they continue to meet our business needs. Responsibilities: Maintain and Support Existing Workato Integrations: Provide day-to-day support for the Workato integrations between Freshworks and HCL Commerce. Monitor integration performance and proactively address any issues or errors. Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures and data discrepancies. Enhance and Optimize Workato Recipes: Analyze existing Workato recipes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Implement enhancements to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability of integrations. Develop new Workato recipes as needed to support evolving business requirements. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, including customer support and e-commerce teams, to understand their needs. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions. Document all changes and updates to Workato recipes and integrations. API and Data Management: Manage and maintain API connections between Freshworks, HCL Commerce, and Workato. Perform data mapping and transformations as needed. Ensure data integrity and security across all integrations. Stay Updated on Workato and Related Technologies: Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest Workato features and best practices. Maintain knowledge of Freshworks and HCL Commerce updates and their impact on integrations. Qualifications: Required: Proven experience working with Workato, specifically in developing and maintaining integrations. Hands-on experience integrating Freshworks (e.g., Freshservice, Freshdesk) and HCL Commerce using Workato. Strong understanding of API integration principles and practices. Proficiency in data mapping and transformation. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to document technical processes clearly and effectively.
