Effectively bridging the gaps between policy, central tooling, program governance, and delivery. Work directly with development teams to educate them on intended outcomes and available tooling. Troubleshoot roadblocks encountered by development teams. Understand Data Policy and responsibilities and commitments within the Application Development organization. Understand Data Architecture & Management principles and well as the requirements of the BCBS 239 framework. Participate in outcome-oriented metrics. Partner with Firmwide Data Office to enhance strategic tooling for Cataloging & Lineage. Willingness to work beyond these responsibilities for general assistance to the program.
