This short-term, remote position requires an individual who can work independently, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver impactful workflow solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement custom workflows within Oracle Cloud HCM to meet specific client requirements. Optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and enhance the user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into effective workflow solutions. Provide guidance, best practices, and training to client teams on Oracle Cloud HCM workflows. Ensure workflows are scalable, maintainable, and align with best practices for the Oracle Cloud HCM platform. Qualifications: Proven experience creating workflows from scratch within Oracle Cloud HCM. Prior experience working in the higher education industry. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and their workflow capabilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with higher education-specific workflows and business processes.
