This includes driving all phases of product development cycle and coordinating with various stakeholders to manage project scope, timeline, cost and quality. The PM will identify critical path decisions, make recommendations, and influence leadership for on-time delivery. The PM will also collaborate with development and QA teams to drive product requirements, design, development, and testing activities while enforcing project standards. 7+ Years of experience in handling complex technical Projects in a multi-vendor project environment Past experience as Java Developer and current experience managing Java or back-end projects. Technical Skills: Java, JavaScript 2+ Years of experience in managing technology projects that were developed using Agile methodology Knowledge of app development process and requirements (coding not required) Ability to lead app development through vendors by specifying requirements and managing teams for design, development and implementation Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities Planning - accurately scope out length and difficulty of tasks and projects. Develop and monitor project schedules. Ability to anticipate Project Risks and Manage Issues as they arise Ability to effectively prioritize and distribute tasks in a fast paced environment Organizing - ability to marshal resources (people, funding, material, support), orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal, use resources effectively and efficiently Excellent oral and written communication skills The Engineering PM will work closely with project team members to perform the following tasks using a combination of business understanding, Technical Knowledge, problem-solving skills as well as excellent leadership and facilitation techniques. Perform project management for all tasks of project including estimating and tracking progress against baseline project plan and monitor and control development activities to an overall enterprise plan. Work with a wide variety of stakeholders including partners, suppliers, customers and organizational entities to ensure timely delivery of high quality and cost effective solutions. Manage project risks and issues Work with globally distributed development and business teams to manage requirements collection, gather inputs and resolve issues- Work closely with leadership to develop future strategic solutions to meet business integration and scalability requirements. Prepare and present project plans, status reports Handle a variety of non-recurring special assignments Single point of contact for escalation of project issues/concerns.
