This role is 100% remote, though occasional in-person presence may be required (up to twice per month). Please note that travel expenses will not be reimbursed and should be factored into the bill rate. Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize Epic PB, Cadence, Ambulatory, and Beaker builds to improve revenue cycle efficiency. Assist the Revenue Cycle Director in enhancing work queue functionality. Develop and maintain Epic-based reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle and Epic Directors on ticket resolution with the Epic Community Connect host site. Improve Epic and clearinghouse functionality to streamline operations. Design and implement end-user training materials related to Epic and revenue cycle workflows. Required Qualifications Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this position: Epic PB Certification (Mandatory) A copy of the certification must be uploaded with the submission. Certification in RHIA, RHIT, or CPC. Expertise in revenue cycle reporting, build logic, claims adjudication, data analysis, and training. Experience working with clearinghouse systems. A minimum of 7+ years of experience (SME Level) in Epic systems and revenue cycle management. Preferred Qualifications While not required, candidates with the following experience will be given preference: Experience in public health, community health, physician clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), or Rural Health Clinics (RHCs). Previous experience working within the Mississippi healthcare system.
