Expertise required in CRM domain, Lead Management, Territory management, Sales Forecasting and Quote to Order processes. Hands-on knowledge for configurations to be done in Oracle Sales Cloud and fair understanding of Groovy scripting Fair understanding of bml and CPQ administrative activities. Able to discuss with business users to gather requirements, propose end to end solutions, prepare BR100 (Requirements Document) and MD050 (Design Document) documents. Basic functional understanding of integrations with third party systems (using SOA, OIC, DocuSign, Intelledox). Need to have excellent communication skills and should be capable of delivering end to end solutions.
