What You'll Do Lead the design and implementation of highly complex full-stack software projects that advance the state of behavioral health technology. Mentor junior engineers and peers, providing leadership in technical growth and excellence within the team. Develop and drive technical strategies that align with long-term objectives, ensuring the robustness and scalability of software solutions. Champion innovation by introducing advanced methodologies and technologies, enhancing product capabilities and performance. Collaborate across departments to align engineering initiatives with business goals, making significant contributions to company strategy and leadership decisions. What You Should Have Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in full-stack web development. Deep expertise in object-oriented programming with Python, advanced skills in TypeScript, and significant experience with Django or Flask. Proficiency in leading front-end technologies and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Expertise in designing and implementing complex backend APIs and services using Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Strong background in working with ORMs and databases (e.g., SQLAlchemy, Django ORM, PostgreSQL, or MySQL). Proficient in writing sophisticated unit, integration, and UI automation tests. Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. Experience with migrating towards or maintaining existing software containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes. Nice to Have Experience with cloud architectures on platforms like AWS or Azure. Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
