The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in telecommunications management and possess strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunications systems to ensure a reliable and efficient communication infrastructure. The candidate will also manage vendor relationships, support budgeting efforts, and lead innovation initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Planning & Design: Develop and implement scalable telecommunications infrastructure plans to meet organizational needs. Implementation: Oversee the installation and configuration of telecommunications systems, ensuring minimal disruption and timely completion. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensure optimal system performance through proactive maintenance and issue resolution. Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with telecommunications vendors to ensure cost-effective services. Budgeting & Cost Management: Assist in budgeting and cost control for telecommunications infrastructure. Training & Support: Provide training to employees on system usage and create supporting documentation. Security & Compliance: Implement security measures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Innovation & Optimization: Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve and modernize telecommunications solutions. Required Skills & Experience: Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi). Telecommunications Systems: Hands-on experience managing Mitel Contact Center or similar enterprise call center solutions. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve telecommunications issues efficiently. Project Management: Proven track record in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and handling IT change management processes. Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to lead technical teams. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications management.
