Expert-level experience with design tools such as Adobe Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Hands-on experience in designing user interfaces for Salesforce applications, understanding its unique requirements and constraints. Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced iterations and collaborate in cross-functional teams. A robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, particularly those involving wireframing, Salesforce applications, and Agile development. Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices, with the ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present design concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach design challenges creatively and strategically. Experience designing Salesforce Lightning Components or Salesforce-based applications. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with development teams.
