The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, with mandatory technical skills in GCP. This role is hybrid, with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, aligning with our companys goals and making a significant impact on society. Responsibilities : Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and effective communication. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive management and resolution of issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing. Utilize GCP technical skills to oversee the integration and implementation of cloud-based solutions within projects. Monitor project performance, using appropriate tools and techniques to measure progress and ensure continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development and growth. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Drive innovation and process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Demonstrate strong technical skills in GCP, with hands-on experience in cloud-based solutions. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on Agile practices. Have a strong understanding of project financials, including budgeting and cost management. Display exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management.
