Junior Project Manager: On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Junior Project Manager for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with remote work possible; however, Madison/Wisconsin-based candidates are preferred. Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join a Project Team supporting a key State of Wisconsin client. The project involves managing customer-facing projects, preferably within Medicaid or Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of experience and excellent documentation and communication skills. Responsibilities: Lead project planning, budgeting, coordination, execution, and closure. Create and maintain detailed project documentation (Project Charters, Stakeholder Registries, RACI matrices). Manage project budget, expenses, invoicing, receivables, and subcontractor expenses. Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues. Ensure project alignment with strategic goals and client expectations. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and deliver weekly status reports. Facilitate quality assurance, testing, and risk assessment activities. Support larger projects under supervision and independently manage smaller projects.
