This is a mid-to-senior level technical role that requires expertise in Active Directory, Terraform, Power, and .NET while ensuring security compliance and operational efficiency. The role involves incident management, change control, access governance, and security audits within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Active Directory & IAM Management : Maintain and enhance Active Directory (AD) and Entra in a highly regulated environment. Manage Group Policies, Conditional Access Policies, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Least Privileged Access. Ensure IAM best practices for user provisioning, authentication, and authorization. Infrastructure & Security Operations: Oversee Terraform, Power, .NET, Hyper-V, GitLab, Dynatrace, and Delinea environments. Monitor and support enterprise business applications with a focus on availability, security, and compliance. Conduct root cause analysis, incident resolution, and change management. Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC): Handle audits, access management, and security controls for AD and IAM platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security policies align with regulatory requirements. Manage and approve root cause analysis and preventive action plans. Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Act as the single point of contact for business users regarding platform availability. Partner with DevOps, Cloud, Security, and IT Operations teams to optimize IAM and AD solutions. Lead efforts to analyze, evaluate, and improve existing workflows to enhance efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of enterprise experience managing Active Directory & IAM in a production environment. Expertise in Group Policy, Conditional Access, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Least Privileged Access. Strong Terraform, Power, and .NET scripting capabilities. Experience with Hyper-V, Nutanix, Dynatrace, and Delinea. Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of incident management, root cause analysis, and ITIL processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a matrixed enterprise environment. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience working in financial institutions or highly regulated environments. Knowledge of Cloud IAM solutions (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Okta).
