Position: Senior React UI Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA

Job Type : In-person
Need Senior React UI Engineer with deep expertise in front-end technologies
such as React.js, Redux, Thunk, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and
Bootstrap.
Qualifications:
7 to 12 years of experience in front-end development, with proven ability to hit the
ground running and work independently with minimal supervision, with mandatory skills
being:
* React.js & Redux: Expertise in building highly responsive and dynamic user
interfaces using React.js, with solid experience in managing state with Redux.
* JavaScript & TypeScript: Strong proficiency in JavaScript for building interactive
and robust web applications and a deep understanding of TypeScript to enforce
type safety and scalability in large projects.
* Thunk & Middleware: Experience with Redux Thunk for handling asynchronous
operations and integrating complex logic into the UI layer.
* HTML5 & CSS3: Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 for creating well-
structured, semantic, and responsive layouts, ensuring compatibility across
devices and browsers.
* Bootstrap & jQuery: Familiarity with Bootstrap for responsive design frameworks
and jQuery for handling dynamic content and DOM manipulation efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Demonstrate hands-on solid programming experience (8+/10) in front-end React
skills, working with modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
* Lead the development of complex UI components, ensuring performance
optimization and seamless integration with back-end services.
* Independently manage and complete UI tasks, ensuring timely delivery of user
stories while maintaining high code quality.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements,
translating them into functional, responsive user interfaces.
* Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimizing UI elements for
maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
* Ensure adherence to best practices in front-end development, including code
reviews, testing, and maintaining a clean, modular codebase.
