Job Description - Role: Sr. Business Systems Analyst Duration: Contract through end of year Location: Hybrid in Mendota Heights, MN Only Local There is F2F round please submit accordingly POSITION OVERVIEW: The Sr. Business Systems Analyst works with business partners and end users throughout the organization to understand and document customer requirements and assist with project implementation and Testing. These requirements are documented in a way that is understandable to the business with the necessary level of detail and clarity for IT. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst provides analytical guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle. Data analysis, understanding of technology, and assisting with the translation of business requirements into system requirements are important to this role. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will use their comprehensive knowledge of the health care industry, business processes, data repositories, and IT systems to resolve issues, automate and improve business processes, and assist with the implementation of IT solutions along with Testing. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of business, systems, data analysis and testing experience . In this role, they will be a leader in defining scope, high level process flows and business context for several projects of various sizes. They will be asked to define user stories and elicit high level and detailed requirements from business stakeholders. Some professional exposure to Health Insurance payer space is required. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Education Level: Bachelors Degree Major: Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems or equivalent work Years of experience required: 5 years SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES: Health Insurance experience specific to payer, Sales and Broker. Salesforce experience is nice to have. Ability to conduct focused interviews, identify business process improvement opportunities, document and prioritize requirements, manage scope, focus on business value, and provide supporting visual documentation. Industry knowledge of tools, techniques and industry best-practices for performing data analysis, business process flows and supporting documentation. Communication (written/verbal) and organizational skills that support an advanced ability to partner effectively with various levels of management and gain cross-functional support. Experience working on an SAFe/Agile scrum team Tech savvy, ability to run SQL queries. Strong testing experience CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Scrum Certification (optional), Formal Agile Training Thanks & Regards ..
