We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Platform Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud architecture, automation, security, and DevOps practices, ensuring the efficient operation of cloud-based applications and services. Key Responsibilities 1. Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure Management 2. Automation & DevOps 3. Security & Compliance 4. Monitoring & Performance Optimization 5. Networking & Connectivity 6. Disaster Recovery & Backup Required Skills & Qualifications Primary Technical Skills (Must-Have) - Strong expertise in AWS core services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudFormation, CloudWatch). Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. - Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes - EKS). - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). - Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or Power. - Experience in monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). - Strong knowledge of AWS security best practices (IAM, KMS, Security Groups, GuardDuty). - Familiarity with networking concepts (VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, Load Balancing, Route 53). Secondary Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have) - Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS Outposts). - Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions). - Familiarity with AWS Well-Architected Framework. - Experience with data streaming and messaging services (Kafka, Kinesis, SNS, SQS). - Understanding of NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). - Experience in AI/ML workloads on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda with AI models).
