Role: Oracle HCM Talent Management Consultant Location: Remote Job description: Oracle HCM Talent Management Consultant assess a projects Business solution feasibility and implementation roadmap. They are responsible for designing and implementing Oracle HCM Talent Management module (including Redwood). In addition, they define the structure. A lead who needs to know all the different aspects of Business Solution Delivery and have robust application knowledge. Responsibilities Should have deep expertise in Redwood , Personalization in Talent Management Module and Talent Acquisition. Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis, and Requirements documentation. Must have experience in fast formulas specific to define eligibility profile around talent & Learning management. Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing. Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Talent and Learning management. Experience in Implementing Core HR and Oracle recruitment will be desired. Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
