The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in the Maximo Application Suite (MAS), experience implementing Maximo for Manufacturing Customers, and proficiency with various Maximo add-ons. Additionally, the candidate should have technical and functional experience in IBM Maximo, and knowledge of tools such as IBM Maximo Mobile, Maximo Anywhere, and IBM BI Cognos. You will play a key role in executing ITIL-compliant support activities, managing critical issues, and ensuring the ongoing enhancement and optimization of Maximo systems.Key Responsibilities: Maximo Implementation & Support: Lead the end-to-end implementation and upgrade of Maximo (version 7.6 or higher), ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards. Maximo Application Suite (MAS): Oversee and manage projects related to Maximo Application Suite (MAS), ensuring its proper integration and customization for client-specific needs. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, provide resolution to critical issues, and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders. Critical Issue Resolution: Provide hands-on support in resolving critical issues within Maximo, ensuring rapid troubleshooting and resolution. ITIL-Compliant Support: Execute support and enhancement activities for Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions in compliance with ITIL best practices. Team Coordination: Assign daily tasks to the technical team and ensure timely resolution of issues. Monitor progress and provide status reports to the client and management. Workshops & Training: Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, design, and acceptance testing. Deliver training on Maximo to manufacturing customers and ensure proper knowledge transfer. Monitoring & Reporting: Proactively monitor the solution to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs/KPIs. Provide regular status reports to both clients and internal teams.Competencies: Maximo Functional Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (7.6 or higher), including its technical and functional capabilities. Maximo Application Suite (MAS): Knowledge and hands-on experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above, including key features such as Mobile and Work Centers. Maximo Add-ons: Proficiency in working with various Maximo add-ons such as Maximo Mobile/Maximo Anywhere, IBM BI Cognos, and BIRT. Database & Server Technologies: Expertise with Oracle 12c or higher databases, as well as Linux and Windows server OS. Familiarity with IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5.12 or higher. Implementation & Upgrade: Proven experience in managing end-to-end Maximo implementations and upgrades.Essential Skills & Experience: Maximo Implementation/Upgrade/Support experience: Minimum of 4-6 years working with Maximo 7.6 or higher. IBM Maximo Certification: Strong technical and functional expertise with IBM Maximo, backed by relevant certifications. MAS 8/9 hands-on experience and certification (preferable). Experience with the following technologies and tools: Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above IBM Maximo Mobile/Maximo Anywhere IBM Maximo Asset Management Work Centers IBM BI Cognos & BIRT Database: Oracle 12c or higher Server OS: Linux, Windows IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5.12 or higherGood to Have: Experience conducting end-to-end Maximo implementation for Manufacturing Customers. Ability to lead and conduct requirement, design, and acceptance workshops for Rail customers. Experience delivering Maximo training to Manufacturing Customers. Knowledge of infrastructure planning, including middleware, database, and server configurations.Additional Responsibilities/Expectations: Ensure compliance with customer SLAs and KPIs through proactive monitoring and resolution of issues. Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams, ensuring efficient resolution of critical issues. Collaborate with clients and internal teams for key decision-making and ensuring project deliverables are met.
