The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), along with hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation and support. This role requires deep knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality management to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: * Lead SAP PP/QM implementations, rollouts, and support projects in the process industry. * Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and configure SAP S/4HANA PP/QM solutions. * Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system configurations. * Provide expertise in MRP, BOMs, routings, batch management, shop floor control, process orders, and capacity planning. * Implement QM processes, including inspection planning, quality notifications, results recording, and defect management. * Support system enhancements, custom developments, and integrations with MES, PLM, and other external systems. * Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system reliability. * Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP PP/QM modules, ensuring smooth system operation. * Stay updated with SAP best practices, innovations, and industry trends, advising clients on process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: * 8+ years of SAP PP/QM experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in the process industry. * Strong understanding of SAP PP/QM business processes for industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food & beverage, or life sciences. * Experience with process manufacturing, batch management, and serialization. * Hands-on expertise in SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries) and integration with SAP MM, SD, WM, and EWM. * Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps, Embedded Analytics, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) is a plus. * Experience with data migration, cutover planning, and go-live support. * Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment. * SAP certification in PP/QM or S/4HANA Manufacturing is a plus.
