The ideal candidate will have proven experience in successful end-to-end implementations and support of Workday integrations, specifically with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio. You should have the ability to collaborate with integration teams and take ownership of integrations to design, develop, and deliver solutions effectively. This role will allow you to work independently or as part of a team, contributing to the design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations in Workday.Key Responsibilities: Integration Delivery: Work with the Integration Lead/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to deliver Workday integration solutions, from design to deployment. Requirements Gathering & Prototyping: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and prototype solutions. Maintenance & Support: Continuously support existing integrations by resolving defects, applying necessary updates, and enhancing current systems. Design, Development, & Testing: Perform the design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations, ensuring compliance with business requirements and technical specifications. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to design and document integration solutions, ensuring they meet client needs. Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of knowledge to team members and clients about the developed integrations. Issue & Risk Management: Track issues and risks related to integration delivery, communicate status, and escalate concerns where necessary. Remote Team Collaboration: Work effectively with geographically dispersed teams, planning support, and providing guidance as needed.Mandatory Skillsets/Qualifications: Workday Integration Experience: At least 2-3 integrations designed and developed using Workday integration types such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio. Complex Report Development: Experience in developing complex reports within the Workday environment. Functional Knowledge: General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (e.g., Human Resources, Payroll, Finance). Workday Security: Strong understanding of Workday security and integration security best practices. Payroll Integrations: Experience in Workday Payroll integrations. Third-Party Integration Frameworks: Experience with at least one third-party integration framework is preferred but not required. Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills; able to work well within a team. Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to manage individual integration projects.Good to Have: Implementation/Support Experience: Experience with other systems such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar systems is a plus. Web Service Expertise: Experience in the creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment, and Talent Management web services. Integration Best Practices: Familiarity with integration best practices and methodologies across different platforms.Desirable Skills: End-to-End Integration Experience: Proven experience in implementing Workday integrations from start to finish, with a solid understanding of both technical and functional requirements. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
