Must Have Skills: Java , Spring Framework, microservice architecture, caching framework (working experience), AWS cloud Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring Framework, microservices architecture, caching frameworks, and AWS cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Software Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Utilize industry best practices to optimize code performance, security, and maintainability. Work with caching frameworks to enhance system responsiveness and efficiency. Cloud & DevOps Integration: Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in AWS cloud environments. Leverage AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, and IAM. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define software requirements and devise technical solutions. Ensure seamless system integration across different teams and business domains. Code Quality & Security: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, secure coding standards, and performance optimization techniques. Implement effective unit testing strategies to improve code quality, maintainability, and reliability. Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and tools. Contribute to internal technology communities, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, etc.). Solid experience in microservices architecture and designing RESTful APIs. Working knowledge of caching frameworks such as Redis or Memcached. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.). Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience working with message brokers and event-driven architectures (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SNS/SQS). Familiarity with secure coding practices and unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
