Proficiency in using Duck Creeks configuration tools Solid understanding of insurance workflows, policy lifecycle management, and underwriting rules. Experience with agency implementation projects, particularly integrating Duck Creek into agency workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
