Execute ITIL-compliant support and enhancement activities for a high complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-ons.2. Hands-on approach to resolve critical issues in close coordination with internal and 3rd party stakeholders.3. Daily task assignment to technical team and resolution of critical issues.4. Liaison with client and other teams for decision-making.5.
