Searching for a Sr. Business Analyst to join our expanding Portals Product Management team responsible for managing all our Customer Portals. What youll do Business requirements management - liaising between the Business, Technology, vendors, business stakeholders, and other subject matter experts to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage system requirements. Candidate must have 7+ years of prior Business Analysis experience. Assessing current capabilities, understanding high-level business requirements, and applying technical background/understanding in the development of system requirements and functional documents. Supporting the Portal Product Team with testing, change management, operational readiness, user documentation, training, customer demos as needed. Business Systems Analysis is a professional field that necessitates a strong understanding of requirements management, business-related systems, operational processes, relevant technology, enterprise technology delivery practices and standards, and project management. Additionally, it requires a thorough understanding of the supported businesses and enterprise methodologies. What youll need Bachelors degree in Business Management, IT or related field Minimum 7+ years of business analysis experience Working knowledge of customer portals/customer-facing web applications.
