In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP GTS solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with SAP GTS, helping businesses streamline their global trade operations and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, from the initial consultation to the successful deployment and maintenance of SAP GTS applications.Key Responsibilities: SAP Global Trade Services Implementation: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP GTS solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Provide expertise in configuring SAP GTS modules, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Trade Preference Management. Consultation & Strategy: Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored SAP GTS solutions. Advise clients on best practices for global trade processes, compliance, and risk management. Develop and implement strategies to optimize trade operations and reduce global trade risks. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and optimization for existing SAP GTS implementations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP GTS configurations, integrations, and performance. Ensure compliance with evolving global trade regulations and standards. Collaboration & Team Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP GTS solutions. Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members on SAP GTS best practices and solutions. Work with business users to define clear requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Documentation & Reporting: Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documentation, and user manuals. Prepare regular status reports and presentations for clients and internal teams on project progress.Essential Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience as an SAP GTS Consultant, with a strong understanding of global trade processes and SAP GTS configuration. Technical Expertise: Expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), including modules such as Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Trade Preference Management. Strong knowledge of SAP GTS implementation methodologies, configuration, and troubleshooting. Consultation & Communication: Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and documentation. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing global trade processes and compliance.Desirable Skills: Experience with SAP GTS integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FICO). Familiarity with global trade regulations, including export controls, customs compliance, and trade agreements. Experience in global trade strategy development and risk management. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP GTS.Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
