Role::Desktop/Messaging Technical Lead
Location: 

Onsite Dallas, TX
Duration: 6+ months contract role. (Local profiles Only)

Visa: USC, GC

Responsibilities (12+years of experience)

11+years of experience with Client-Facing Responsibilities.

Lead and manage a team providing Desktop Management support, including Image Management, Patch Management, Software Distribution, Application Packaging, and Virtual Desktops support.

Oversee Messaging and Collaboration tools, including Intune, MS Teams Hub, and integration with Hub.

Manage Customer Endpoint Experience, VDI, Azure Desktop, Citrix, Desktop Imaging and Packaging, JAMF Apple Management, and Azure Virtual Desktop.

Implement and automate processes using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft Deployment tools.

Provide support for MS 365, Remote Technology Support, security patches, vulnerability remediation management, and endpoint policy management.

Ensure efficient mail routing, conference room calendar management scheduling.

Maintain advanced knowledge of desktop management, standardization processes, and technologies.

Develop and enforce policies related to the use of communication and collaboration tools.

Provide training and support to employees on communication and collaboration tools.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of communication and collaboration tools.
