Finding solutions to unsolvable problems. Working on complex problems that require a deep understanding of DNS and DHCP. Supporting a hybrid environment consisting of on-prem and cloud deployments. Testing iterations of hardware, configurations, and software (code upgrades) in lab environments. Write scripts or work to resolve support issues, automate infrastructure deployment, and collect metrics. Provide low level technical documentation of network solutions. Be an expert trusted advisor for software teams, infrastructure teams and external vendors. Experience designing and supporting network infrastructure components. Extensive knowledge of InfoBlox. Extensive experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting large scale DNS deployments. In-depth knowledge of Splunk, TCP/IP protocols, and the ability to analyze packet captures. Knowledge of Maul and Grafana. Basic Linux operations. Hands-on programming experience with scripting, Perl, or Python. Ability to work autonomously, set standards, and work directly with software teams. Current experience in which high levels of initiative, judgment, and tact have been demonstrated. Collects and analyzes information to identify customer's technical needs, suggest solutions and develop implementation and integration plans (e.g., technical proposals) Responsible for the analysis, design, deployment, support, and security of technology to ensure the organization is efficiently managing its technology and data-related assets in accordance with market best practices and external regulations.
