The candidate must be familiar with a variety of the applicationtechnologies, environments, concepts, methodologies, practices, and procedures. Significant, hands-on technical experience and expertise with leading thedesign, implementation and deployment of .NET applications. Experience working with a centralized UMPI service Experience working within an Azure commercial cloud hosting environment. Experience working with SQL Server. Ability to balance work between multiple projects and possess goodorganizational skills, with minimal or no direct supervision. Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and effectively withcolleagues, and as a member of a team. Ability to document application designs, data flows and deployment diagramsusing Visio or other related design tools. Ability to present complex technical concepts and data to a varied audienceeffectively. More than 12 years of relevant experience. 4-year college degree in computer science or related field with advanced studypreferred. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience working in the public health or healthcare industry with varioushealth data sets.
