You will coach team members on self-management and cross-functionality, facilitate Scrum events, and work to remove impediments that hinder progress. This role requires a strong servant leader who can drive continuous improvement, ensure alignment with product goals, and support the organization in its Agile transformation. Key Responsibilities: Establish and uphold Scrum principles, guiding the team through Agile adoption. Coach team members on Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and manage the product backlog, ensuring well-defined and prioritized backlog items. Identify and remove obstacles to team progress, working cross-functionally to address dependencies and blockers. Support empirical product planning in a complex environment to improve forecasting and delivery. Develop and maintain continuous improvement backlogs, information radiators, and RAID logs. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the team, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives. Provide training and mentorship to the team and organization on Scrum adoption and Agile methodologies. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional services, consulting, or enterprise environment. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification preferred. Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and best practices. Skills: Strong facilitation, servant leadership, problem-solving, and coaching skills. Tools: Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Communication: Excellent ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, fostering an Agile mindset across teams. Sample Work Product Team continuous improvement backlogs, information radiators that are helpful to the team, designing retrospectives, facilitating scrum events, and any informational content that will be helpful to the team in its continuous improvement, and elements of the RAID log for their specific team. Location teams work from the location of their choice most of the time. There are times that employees will be on site as required by our clients when they are not collaborating and delivering virtually.
