Looking for local candidates only in New Jersey Role Description IT Product Manager As the Product Manager, you will be the product manager responsible for customer journeys. Experience in Finance and Accounting related products is a plus. You will work closely with departments across Marketing, IT, Revenue Management, HR, Treasury, Finance & Accounting. You will be responsible for the overall vision, roadmap, ROI, budget, and competitive analysis for the product. Objectives of the Role: Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs. Deliver customer value by analyzing customer needs leveraging design thinking techniques, current market trends, competitive analysis and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective. Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners. Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments (PI). Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
