Location: Waukegan-IL (Onsite) Duration :: 12+ Month Contract Job Description Responsible for the general support of IT services, tools, issues, and projects related to VEEVA and Salesforce business requirements. The main functional responsibility of a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. Here are some key responsibilities: The IT Business Analyst should have advanced level expertise in one or more of the following areas: Analyzing Business Needs: The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Improving Processes: The BSA will analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. System Implementation: BSAs oversee the implementation of new systems or modifications to existing ones, ensuring they meet business needs. Data Analysis: BSAs use data analysis tools to gather insights and support decision-making. Documentation and Training: BSAs create detailed documentation and provide training to ensure users can effectively use new systems. The BSAs focus area will include VEEVA CRM and VEEVA CRM Vault with emphasis on Healthcare Solutions, and Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on Healthcare Solutions. The IT Business should have a broad level of expertise in the following areas: Integration solutions Global Data Warehouse solutions Master Data Management (MDM) solutions Experience with the following products would be an advantage: IQVIA software used to accelerate innovation in healthcare, improve patient outcomes, and drive smarter healthcare solutions globally. Accurytics software which specializes in advanced analytics for the healthcare sector, used to help organizations become analytics-driven by leveraging data to gain meaningful insights and competitive advantages.
