Managing periodic governance and reporting. Team Management, Customer management, knowledge management. Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customer's manufacturing & business processes. SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability. Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities. Coordination & contribution with MES COE, Interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives. Closely coordinate and work with the product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations, etc. Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OpCenter MOM platform. Techno-Functional Analysis and impact assessment of a change and new requirements, provide efficient and optimum solution to complex business problems Ability to provide product and technical guidance on Opcenter applications to team members. Development in Opcenter EX DS, IPL, MOM Connect, Mendix. Translate the solution requirement and work with the development team to build. Good Communication skills, with a good understanding of the domain, should be able to analyze the requirements and explain the solutions to clients. Good Communication and articulation skills, good team player, people management, project management, and customer management.
