Design and implement customizations, integrations, and automations within the Salesforce platform. Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide subject matter expertise on Financial Services Cloud features, best practices, and implementation strategies. Customization and Integration: Customize Salesforce applications, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other tools to enhance functionality. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems within the financial services ecosystem. Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit tests, system testing, and UAT to ensure all solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Deploy custom solutions using Salesforce best practices and tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or Metadata API). Ongoing Support and Optimization: Provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce applications. Optimize existing solutions for better performance and scalability, particularly in financial services use cases.Essential Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 6-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Financial Services Cloud. Technical Expertise: Strong experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud configuration and customization. Proficient in Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Expertise in Salesforce integration and data management for financial services solutions. Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce solutions. Proven track record of successfully implementing complex financial services solutions. Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.Desirable Skills: Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud in a variety of financial services applications (banking, wealth management, insurance, etc.). Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products and other related financial services tools. Understanding of financial services industry regulations and best practices.
