The ideal candidate will have expertise in CRM configuration, solution design, and coding best practices, ensuring seamless system integrations and optimal performance. Day to Day: CRM Configuration & Customization: Configure MS Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business processes, including forms, workflows, and dashboards. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions for healthcare business needs while following best practices and compliance standards. Integration Development: Implement API integrations and data migrations between Dynamics 365 and other healthcare systems, including EHRs, patient portals, and third-party applications. Customization & Development: Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and JavaScript-based UI enhancements to extend CRM functionality. Data Management & Security: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. Coding Best Practices: Follow industry-standard coding, version control (Git, Azure DevOps), and deployment methodologies. Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve system issues, optimize performance, and provide technical support as needed. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and healthcare domain experts to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and integration. Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse. Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and TypeScript for custom development. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, OData, and third-party integration tools. Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management) for integration. Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS, and data migration tools. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for MS Dynamics 365 deployments.
