Qualifications: Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a maximum of 14 years. - Demonstrate expertise in Psft - Program Management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. - Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals. - Have experience in a hybrid work model, with the ability to adapt to changing work environments. - Possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Demonstrate proficiency in project management software and tools. - Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Exhibit strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. - Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative. - Show a strong understanding of the companys strategic goals and objectives, and how projects align with them.
