Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions. Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (entities, workflows, plugins, reports). Develop integrations with other enterprise applications using APIs and Power Platform. Provide functional support, including user training and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance CRM capabilities and optimize processes. Requirements: Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (functional & technical). Strong understanding of CRM configuration, customization, and development. Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, JavaScript, C#, and Azure services. Experience in data migration, integration, and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
