Role: Tableau Developer with Banking/Financial Experience Location: Remote Duration: 12 months *They are building Tableau within the organization from scratch. Need to be able to DEVELOP in Tableau AND do ADMINISTRATION. Must have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Will be working with Executive leadership. Win Theme: Comfortable working a bit in the unknown and at the pace of a Financial Institution. Needs to be very consultative and tactful in working with internal client. A. Responsibilities Design and build Tableau dashboards/reports. Focus this year is on 2 use cases and multiple dashboards associated with these use cases. Work with our infrastructure team to define the migration process across environments and scaling needs of the Tableau server. Lead training and provide expert advice to the business users/departments that are willing/ready to build their own reports/dashboards. B. Required Skills Strong knowledge of and background with Tableau. Strong SQL skills Prior experience coaching teams in Tableau adoption Excellent communication/collaboration skills Adaptable self-starter who is skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments C.
