Team Description The Institutional Securities Group (ISG) Lending Technology team is responsible for the development and implementation of a future technology strategy to support multiple lending business lines. Role Description : We are looking for a creative and talented front-end developer with an eye for quality and emphasis on details that will help the team build a modern lending platform that combines and replaces several internal systems, streamlines business functions, and opens business opportunities. The candidate will work with a global team concentrated in Montreal and New York. The platform is a web-application that communicates with various backend micro-services. Role and responsibilities: Work within agile squad to deliver high quality features to enhance and improve ISG Lending platform. Create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components. Deliver results thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, frontend user experience, backend services, database, and other components of the system. Work with business stakeholders to facilitate the work-intake for the development team. Required skills: 10+ years of experience in building web-based applications. Angular 12+, Typescript, JS, CSS HTML. Experience in OOP concepts and design patterns. Experience in integration of web-applications with Restful APIs. Experience in working with modern code IDEs such as IntelliJ or VS Code. Great communication skills with client interaction. Desired Skills: Knowledge in OOP Java 8+ or .Net development of Restful micro-services is an asset. Knowledge in Relational DB, SQL is an asset.
