Ensure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget and scope. Partner with Business leads and Software Engineering Leads to define roadmap, backlog and sprint plans. Author user stories and provide context for product vision, strategy and requirements. Experience creating and maintaining dashboards using enterprise tools. Project reviews and cost estimations, budget planning, forecasting, and managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies. Able to perform detailed data analysis of technical system data for reporting, root cause identification, and process improvement. Experience with Agile methodologies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives etc About Project -For Global MNC, survey 4,000+ applications to assess compliance with 11 IAM policies, consolidating evidence into audit-ready formats. Work with Client IAM Business enablement team to streamline stakeholder collaboration and communication for compliance reporting and remediation planning. Align IAM processes and controls with industry standards and client's LoBs through detailed assessments. Develop distribution plan for survey. Send out survey to application owners Identify new opportunities to drive value and deepen customer relationship through ongoing assessment of customer needs and goals. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the customer and business and regularly monitor progress toward goals. Regularly track and share progress with stakeholders and team. Perform risk management to minimize project risks Preparation and support for activities intended to set strategic direction such as Leadership Workshops, Stakeholder Engagement Workshops, QBRs, Ownership and oversight of strategic initiatives, including gathering, analysing, and consolidating data to produce comprehensive and insightful reports. Liase with onsite and offshore teams to meet project timeline and delieverables Qualifications & Experience Masters or Bachelor's in Computers, Information Technology, or a related field 12 to 15 years experience in Program and Project management with 5-7 years in IAM domain and Risk Governance Excellent communication and stakeholder management Skills Working knowledge of best industry practices and industry standards for IAM and Risk Governance Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Understanding of IAM security framework, principles, and technologies. Proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
