The role focuses on ownership of Clients Accounts Payable Automation applications (oAppsNet). oAppsNet is used in North America. Responsibilities of the role are to support the application maintenance relating to upgrades and enhancements, monitor and govern application performance (with stakeholders and suppliers) having knowledge to identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency, effectiveness & control. To collaborate with stakeholders to define and fulfil application roadmaps to improve application capabilities, governance, and further deployment of applications to new client entities (including new entities moving to Oracle ERP and potentially Acquisitions) The successful candidate will not only own the applications they will be responsible for the delivery of those applications to the business, so experience in Project and Change Management (ideally within an AP Automation environment) would be important to bring to the role. applications also in use within this remit are Oracle EBS / Finance and Coupa. Knowledge of these applications would be an asset also. Requirements: High level understanding of Accounts Payable Automation Capabilities ideally with history of using oAppsNet Detailed knowledge of Accounts Payable process area (Oracle) General understanding of how manufacturing/finance processes work together. Able to identify and clarify business requirements, supporting the business in building business cases for prioritization in line with agreed governance framework. Help define project tasks and resource requirements Monitor and report on the progress of the project to the project manager & Stakeholders Prepare and present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs You will be responsible for understanding and contributing to the set up and configuration of systems(s) You will deploy applicable system(s) to acquisitions and global expansion You will manage key supplier relationships with respect to applicable system(s) and processes Problem Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve issues. Assist in identifying appropriate resources to meet critical deadlines. Assist in making recommendations and key decisions at the thread level. Escalate issues to the STP Digital Product Owner and/or It Leadership as required. Accountability: Collaborate with team to develop core standardized business process models Assist with the design and implementation in the process threads across multiple client divisions and regions. Other requirements Four-year degree in business, finance, engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain We expect you to have a BS degree in Procurement/Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. You will have at least 0-3 years of related experience.
