The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, agile processes, and the ability to drive teams to success. Experience in the HPT operating model and SDLC processes is highly preferred but not mandatory. The role will involve managing agile processes using tools like JIRA and SolMan, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination among all team members.Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Scrum Master Expertise: Lead and manage projects within the agile framework, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. Act as Scrum Master for cross-functional, self-organized teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Work with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. Documentation & SDLC Processes: Ensure that SDLC processes are adhered to, creating and maintaining necessary documentation (e.g., user stories, process flows, etc.). Develop clear, comprehensive documentation as required, ensuring it is always up-to-date and follows best practices. Ensure all documentation and processes align with agile methodologies and project management standards. Agile Tools & Coordination: Manage and coordinate activities using agile tools such as JIRA and SolMan. Guide teams to adopt agile methodologies, ensuring efficient workflows and high productivity. Facilitate communication between different stakeholders and departments to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and achieved. Team Leadership & Communication: Lead by example and foster a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams can excel. Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members, ensuring their growth and development within the project. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, making informed decisions based on a deep understanding of project requirements and challenges. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Apply critical thinking to analyze project situations, identifying potential risks and challenges. Take proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure projects stay on track. Provide recommendations for process improvements and drive continuous improvement within the team.Essential Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles, with a proven track record of leading successful projects. Key Skills: Expertise in Project Management methodologies and Scrum Master responsibilities. Strong understanding of SDLC processes and agile project management frameworks. Experience in creating and maintaining clear and detailed project documentation (e.g., user stories, process flows). Leadership & Communication: Strong coordination, communication, and training skills. Ability to lead cross-functional, self-organized teams to successful project completion. Demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring effective communication across teams. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately analyze situations and make productive decisions based on informed judgment.Desirable Skills: Anaplan expertise (preferred but not mandatory). Experience with Financial Planning Processes and how they are integrated into business operations (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with HPT operating model (preferred but not mandatory). Experience with agile tools such as JIRA and SolMan.Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
