This role is hybrid, offering the flexibility of both remote and on-site work. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to design and implement robust VMware solutions. This position does not require travel. Required Skills : ,VMware Responsibilities : Design and implement VMware solutions to meet the companys technical requirements and business goals. Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of VMware infrastructure. Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team on VMware-related projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of VMware solutions. Conduct regular performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of VMware environments. Develop and maintain documentation for VMware infrastructure and processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for VMware deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VMware infrastructure. Lead the evaluation and implementation of new VMware technologies and tools. Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members on VMware best practices. Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery planning for VMware environments. Ensure high availability and reliability of VMware infrastructure to support business operations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and procedures. Qualifications Possess a strong technical background with 10-12 years of experience in VMware. Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing VMware solutions. Have experience in deploying, configuring, and managing VMware infrastructure. Show proficiency in performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of VMware environments. Exhibit strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for VMware-related issues. Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Be knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices for VMware deployments. Have experience in capacity planning and disaster recovery planning for VMware environments. Be capable of providing training and knowledge transfer on VMware best practices. Demonstrate the ability to document VMware infrastructure and processes effectively. Show a commitment to continuous improvement of IT processes and procedures. Be able to ensure high availability and reliability of VMware infrastructure.
