The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Adobe Campaign and will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Leverage technical expertise in Adobe Campaign to provide guidance and support to project teams. Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on Adobe Campaign. Demonstrate strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Show proficiency in project management tools and software. Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Hold a relevant certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Possess strong organizational and time management skills. Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented approach to project management. Have experience working in a hybrid work model. Show the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Adobe Campaign and its applications. Certifications Required : PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
