Job Description: The Senior Network Engineer will guide the customer through the optimization of their current Network and Security infrastructure. Successful modernization initiatives begin with a solid understanding of the current state infrastructure, this is a key input to the development of roadmaps supporting short-term, mid-term and long-term business outcomes. Engagements incorporate people, process, and automation enhancements to accelerate the adoption of new business enabling technology strategies. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of Network and Cybersecurity experience working in the Health Care and/or Financial Services industry. Experience with multiple IT technology disciplines with confirmed understanding of relevant architectural concepts. Experience managing engineering projects including leadership of cross discipline teams. Experience with engineering delivery planning, design, implement and operate. Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate technical conversations with non technical stakeholders. Proven ability to influence and gain trust with business sponsors, managers and senior executives. Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technology and business environment Experience with architecture and solution development in one or more of the following technology areas o Public Cloud; AWS, Azure, Oracle, Google o Private cloud o Software Defined data center o Macro-Segmentation o Micro-Segmentation o Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) o Security Service Edge (SSE) and/or Security Service Edge (SASE) o Software Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN) o Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Experience with one or more of the following technology platforms o IT Infrastructure automation and scripting platforms Gluware Intelligent Network Automation SolarWinds NetBrain Configuration: Ansible, Chef, Puppet Provisioning: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Google Cloud Deployment Manager o Cloud Network Security solutions, SSE/SASE Netskope 2 Familiar with change control procedures and risk management REW Consulting Services, Inc. 701 Weedon Dr NE St. Petersburg, FL 33702 Zscaler Palo Alto o Illumio: Zero Trust Segmentation o Routing/switching/spine-leaf/SD-WAN: Cisco, Arista, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet etc o Network Access Control (NAC): Forescout, Cisco, Aruba o Firewalls: Palo Alto, Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet o Collaboration, Voice and Video platforms Experienced developing detailed customer documentation deliverables Experience implementing and managing large-scale infrastructure solutions with a proven track record of success.
