As a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions for our clients, ensuring that they align with both business objectives and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and data modeling, with a strong understanding of integrating Salesforce with various business systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive Salesforce adoption, ensure the scalability of solutions, and maintain the integrity of data architecture.Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, scalability, and future growth. Define and implement Salesforce data models, integration strategies, and custom solutions. Work with clients to assess their current Salesforce implementations and propose improvements based on best practices. Oversee the design and implementation of complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.).Strategic Guidance & Leadership: Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce solutions, helping the organization define Salesforce strategy and vision. Guide development teams on Salesforce best practices, customizations, and configuration. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver high-quality solutions.Data Architecture & Modeling: Design and implement data architecture solutions for Salesforce, ensuring that they meet business needs and support long-term goals. Model Salesforce data structures, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between systems and remains clean and consistent. Ensure data governance and security policies are followed across all Salesforce solutions.Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting: Identify opportunities to improve the performance, efficiency, and scalability of Salesforce solutions. Lead performance tuning initiatives, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving escalated technical challenges.Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure that project timelines are met and requirements are fulfilled. Develop clear documentation for architectural designs, integrations, data models, and governance processes. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, design principles, and problem-solving.Essential Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience working with Salesforce in an Architect or Subject Matter Expert (SME) capacity. Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce Architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms. Expertise in Salesforce Data Architecture and Modeling, with a strong understanding of data relationships, integration strategies, and best practices for handling large datasets. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP). Consultation & Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide teams and influence stakeholders. Ability to provide strategic Salesforce solutions based on business needs and technical requirements. Experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementation projects and driving adoption across the enterprise. Problem Solving & Optimization: Ability to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing practical solutions. Expertise in performance optimization and ensuring the scalability of Salesforce solutions.Desirable Skills: Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect (preferred but not mandatory). Integration Experience: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation platforms, and custom applications. Cloud & DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices for managing Salesforce environments. Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments and implementing Salesforce solutions using Agile frameworks.Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
